It's almost like a coffee shop bar and he is the coffee bartender. Each beverage can be customized to the way you want it. It's actually nice seeing the barista prep everything behind the counter. Even with the sandwiches and yogurt. Everything is cut and presented nicely. Food option is somewhat limited but the owner did inform us that their pastries are homemade by him. Probably not the ideal place for a quick grab and go type situation. Also the shop doesn't open till 8:30am so it is not too accessible if you have an early morning work shift. The business hours are unordinary from an American's perspective but it might be the norm in Spain.
