The administrative department was quick to respond to my e-mails and questions pertaining to the event, the price was extremely reasonable for what we received, and the Presidential bus (best party bus AROUND!) was clean and spacious. For a bridal party of 20 (including us), we definitely needed a ton of space for bodies and alcohol. This was the perfect fit for us. The bus even had a bathroom on it - SCORE! When I stepped onto the bus, I was greeted by the kindest, coolest, and most professional driver - Charles. To say that he was definitely a PEAK to our wedding is an understatement. Incredible Customer Service and experience! From the beginning of just jumping on their site for info you are prompted with a text to chat! They help you figure everything out and share the pricing with tip/tax! It was easy to book everything and fill out information online. I rented a party bus with L3 in September and I have to say it was a very good experience. First my 16 year old daughter researched and called L3 to set up the date, time and price and all I had to do was pay for it. You were very nice working with my daughter. Once we booked the communication was easy. The day before you called to confirm. The day of the rental you texted me the drivers name and cell phone. The driver called me an hour before and said he was on the way. I received a text when the driver arrived and when he dropped off my daughter and 15 friends. Very professional. STAY AWAY! The driver was on time for pick up and drove very responsible. We felt 1000% safe at all times. He kept us on schedule to all stops, which was a HUGE relief off my mind since this was a bday surprise for my husband's 50th. He was all-around WONDERFUL. The bus was clean and very roomy. However, my guests and I did experience that the air conditioning was not working. 2 of the rear seats on the bus were drenched in water that was dripping from the overhead. Guessing it was the condensation from the air conditioning unit on the ceiling. Other than the bus being warm, and the air conditioning not blowing cold air, and the water dripping the service was great! Upon contact of this "Steve's" response was less than compassionate. Stating the air was working when it left the office. Well, it wasn't running for 6 hours like I booked the bus for my event. Steve did offer a 20% discount on my next rental, which we thought was inconsiderate. How many times does one rents a party bus for 20 people or more? This was a special occasion. The L3 limo party bus was amazing! The driver was great and even made sure that we used our time wisely, we had some leftover time booked so he made sure there weren't any other places (the people left on board choose the strip club) he could drop us off. The bus came with many drinks to choose from when we got on and off; these included various sodas and water. The bus waited for us in the parking lot of the bar we went too and allowed us to use the restroom on board if we needed. The sound system was Bluetooth so it was super convenient to get pumped up on the ride to the afterparty bar. read more

I rented L3's 28 passenger party bus for a corporate event. The entire team was very attentive and flexible. Very easy to work with leading up to and day of my event. There was a little confusion about our first stop which I tried to handle in advance but it still seemed to slip through the cracks. We went to the wrong first location but it was only a few blocks from where we needed to be so we all piled back in and drove over. Still giving them 5 stars because overall they delivered a great experience, it was fairly priced and the party bus was as advertised, very clean with lots of fun amenities! Worst experience ever. Please don't hire this company. We booked a party last Saturday Aug 11. We have been planning it for over a month. My colleagues and I have made arrangements for sitter coverage, paid for costumes and outfits as well as logistics arrangements for being at the agreed start point on time. First issue: they called us to inform of a mechanical issue with the bus. We were flexible to accept the 1.5 hours delay on a grocery parking lot for them to arrive with the bus. They attested the bus was then in good and safe condition and they'd make up for the lost time to extend it at the end of the originally agreed party end time. Once we all have boarded and the journey began we started to notice yet more issues and when the driver was inquired about the intermittent power outage he explained the issues were indeed affecting the power brake and steering wheel therefore potentially putting everyone's on the bus at risk. Then we had to of course drop off and end the party after less than 30 min of it being on so not to put the entire group in danger. We called back the owner but the company didn't have a replacement bus to provide and it would take at least another 45 min to have a van coming over to take 37 folks back to our pick up spot in several turns so most of the group made and paid for their own transport arrangements back. What a disappointment :-( Now we're discussing returning the upfront payment with the company but this is of course not enough to make up for all the other costs: Uber, costumes, sitter and such a terrible outcome for what we expected to be a great time for everyone. read more

When I booked a Limo Party Bus for my wife's birthday 01/23/2021, the driver I had requested at booking wasn't available, I was told by Steve, that he was sending one of his best drivers. The Driver Eric, showed up. First he parked a good distance from the house out on the road. He never once offered to help to load the Limo, specially the girls. The only thing he ask was do I have extra trash bags, never said what they were for or where they go. The inside of the bus was ice cold and I ask to turn it do a couple of times. My wife asked him and he snapped and said I can shut it off! Eric, never interacted with us at all, he had a personality of a slug. I attempted to email Steve during the ride, no answer as of this post. I also texted Steve yesterday and still no answer. I had used L3 Limo July 2020, the experience was second to none. This experience sucked. The drivers attentiveness and personality make the whole experience. We aren't asking for anything, just beware of a driver by the name of Eric and the no customer service after you pay. read more

Terrible service. Driver showed up with a "really old bus", not like the one in the photos. Showed up nearly an hour late. Our 40+ people loaded the bus, on way to a baseball game for our wedding. The bus BROKE DOWN 2 blocks later and we were told another could be there in an hour and a half. That puts us back 2 hours at least and the baseball game would likely be over by the time we arrived. We booked L3 Limo for the Gasparilla Parade. They dropped us off at the beginning of the parade and was suppose to pick us up at the end of the parade at a designated location at 6:30pm. They were 2 hours late picking us up and when calling their dispatch they were rude. The only way they could have been that late would be that they over booked their driver.
