Words cannot begin to describe our OBSESSION with this company. We will literally promote them to EVERYONE and ANYONE who needs a limo service, because they were truly the best. The administrative department was quick to respond to my e-mails and questions pertaining to the event, the price was extremely reasonable for what we received, and the Presidential bus (best party bus AROUND!) was clean and spacious. For a bridal party of 20 (including us), we definitely needed a ton of space for bodies and alcohol. This was the perfect fit for us. The bus even had a bathroom on it - SCORE! When I stepped onto the bus, I was greeted by the kindest, coolest, and most professional driver - Charles. To say that he was definitely a PEAK to our wedding is an understatement. All 20 of us LOVED Charles, we even got photos with him! He was on time, flexible, and understanding. He was helpful, gracious, and so cool. He tolerated our loud music, wild antics, and time mishaps. Charles, if you read this - you truly made our time with our bridal party at UT so much fun and memorable. Thank you for that! & A Huge thank you to L3 Limo. You are THE BEST! read more

Incredible Customer Service and experience! From the beginning of just jumping on their site for info you are prompted with a text to chat! They help you figure everything out and share the pricing with tip/tax! It was easy to book everything and fill out information online. They then continue to communicate via text to ensure that you are all set, etc. We had Charles as our driver for a 20 person bus. It was such a fun ride and he was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use it again when we need a large vehicle! read more

We used L3 for my bachelorette trip and Al was amazing! So patient and was willing to be the best! Can't wait to ride with them again.

We reserved a party bus through L3 for our company Christmas party and had an awesome time. The communication prior to the event was top notch. The bus was clean, had plenty of room and the stereo system was great. Our driver, Richard, was on time and professional. We will definitely be booking with L3 again and requesting Richard. Thank you for a great night! read more

Recently had an event, a Quinceañera on 07/22/2023 and rented out the deluxe 24-26 seater bus from 11:00am-4:30pm. HAD SO MUCH FUN! They arrived on time and the driver was super friendly and she was on time for both arrival at pickup and drop off. Jay helped me with the contract and payment options, as well as answering any and all of my questions! The drinks were not provided but that was not an issue because you are permitted to bring your own beverages and snacks. read more

We booked L3 limo for our wedding celebration & don't have enough great things to say about the whole experience! Steve was very responsive throughout the whole booking process and made the entire experience extremely easy and stress free. We dropped our drinks and decor off the day before our event, and when the bus came to pick us up everything was set up and on ice. We booked the huge 39 person bus and it was amazing! We had a blast on the bus and the driver was so fun and easy going! We had so much fun on the bus we ended up leaving our bar crawl early just to ride around on the bus!! 100% recommend L3 limo for your party bus needs!! read more

Rented the Ambassador party bus for my daughters 21st birthday and couldn't of been happier! Not only was the bar on the bus perfect there was plenty of room for dancing! Our driver Juan was so professional, helpful and right on time for each stop. The night was perfect and with covid there was not many club options so the bus made the night!! I will be using them again for sure and already gave referrals to a few friends for upcoming events. Jay was very great with answering all our questions for the booking. Thanks for making this money well spent! read more

The owner was very informative. They replied back immediately. The driver was on time. We had so much fun on the Bus partying with 10 girls for a bachelorette party. The price was reasonable for a large party. read more

They were very easy to work with from scheduling it through the drop off. The driver was very nice and easy going. There was 26 of us on the party bus and we all had a fantastic time. They sent a text when they were on there way and kept us updated all day. I would definitely use them again. read more

STAY AWAY! The driver was on time for pick up and drove very responsible. We felt 1000% safe at all times. He kept us on schedule to all stops, which was a HUGE relief off my mind since this was a bday surprise for my husband's 50th. He was all-around WONDERFUL. The bus was clean and very roomy. However, my guests and I did experience that the air conditioning was not working. 2 of the rear seats on the bus were drenched in water that was dripping from the overhead. Guessing it was the condensation from the air conditioning unit on the ceiling. Other than the bus being warm, and the air conditioning not blowing cold air, and the water dripping the service was great! Upon contact of this "Steve's" response was less than compassionate. Stating the air was working when it left the office. Well, it wasn't running for 6 hours like I booked the bus for my event. Steve did offer a 20% discount on my next rental, which we thought was inconsiderate. How many times does one rents a party bus for 20 people or more? This was a special occasion. We will not be a returning customer to L3. read more

Highly recommend! Gator gameday with Tony went flawlessly! Tony is the best.

Rented a party bus for my friends birthday and it broke down before our ride home and all of us had to Uber home :(

If you're looking for great customer service and a clean party bus, go with L3 Limo! They made my daughter's 21st birthday experience memorable and fun! I had last minute plan changes and they were able to accommodate quickly. The 34 passenger bus came with a much needed bathroom! I will be booking L3 Limo for all my special event/party needs. Thank you, Steve for the smooth booking! Charles, thank you for keeping us safe! read more

We had a great experience for my friend's bachelorette party night out! Everyone at L3 Limo was so helpful, responsive, communicative, and friendly every step of the way. Super easy to book, pay deposits, and communicate via text from another state in the months and weeks leading up to our event. We had such a fun night and our driver was so accommodating of every change in plans and locations over the course of our evening! So easy to work with and really went the extra mile to help us have an enjoyable time. Thanks for everything!! read more

Thank you so much L3 and especially our driver Hojuand! We had the absolute best 30th Birthday party. From booking to final drop off the experience was perfect. Donna was super responsive to all my emails. We were able to go to the bus earlier in the day to stock it up and decorate. Our driver arrived right on time and really made our experience. Thank you again! read more

L3 Limo is my go to when booking transportation for our corporate group events. I have been working with Steve and his team for several years now and am always blown away by their customer service and fleet. Our driver this past week, Troy, went above and beyond for our team. He was our favorite driver to date and we hope to have him again in the future. read more

Unprofessional service for out of town guests! The bus was funky and broke down We never made it to our destination A total disappointment Choose another service that won't leave you stranded! read more

They will steal from you. I orderEd a transport for a Christmas party and agreed to charges for services and gratuity and yet they still added additional charges without my permission a week later. If you feel like doing business with crooks and thugs, this is you place. Shame they don't let you leave a zero star rating. read more

I had a last minute request and the team's responsiveness was outstanding. Two other companies never even called back. The bus was clean and had all the amenities to make our night great. Love love love. Used L3 for my boyfriend's surprise birthday celebration and L3 was nothing short of amazing. Between Steve allowing me to come tour the busses in person before picking one to helping resolve a minor issue at the end, I felt completely taken care of and valued as a customer. We will definitely be using L3 in the future again. read more

Our bus driver was on time and super friendly. The bus was spotless and smelled clean. We had ordered a 26 person bus and they showed up with an even bigger and nicer bus than the one we wanted! It was beautiful. Great value. Will use again. read more

I tend to be skeptical when I see companies with great reviews. But every encounter was pleasant. The agent was very patient and made the booking process seamless. The driver was on time and pleasant. Richard made my/our night amazing! The drive was very calm, we were able to dance and enjoy ourselves without worrying about our drinks or falling. The bus was so clean I thought they just bought it. It was fully equipped with ice, cup holder etc matched the online description to a T. My favorite part was leaving our stop, the driver was playing a song he figured that we would like. Jackpot and on queue because we loved it! That revived our energy for a hype trip back. Thank you so much Richard! Give that man a raise! read more

I rented this for my boyfriends 21st and it was an amazing time! The driver was here before the time requested and he waited outside for us to come out. He was professional and kind and very knowledgeable about the area and where we wanted to go. The bus was very clean and better than the photos. We truly had a good time and we didn't have to pay too much for it the prices are affordable and worth it. read more

I got the party bus for my son's 30th birthday. I was very disappointed. The driver was awesome. I was suppose to get a upgrade on size which I really couldn't see the difference. I spoke with the owner who was extremely rude. Told me to send the bus back and he would return my money really....everyone was here and ready to party! Also he hung the phone up on me!! I will ever use them again. Make sure you are clear on bus size before renting Rose D read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience with L3 limo. I rented one of the party buses as a surprise for my husband's 40th and almost 20 of our friends. Donna in the office was unbelievably helpful along the way as I had questions and planning Logistics. The bus was great and it was nice that I was able to go by and see the buses before booking. The bus was on time which was especially important given that it was for a surprise party. read more

Party bus was fantastic. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday in style. Luxurious, new bus in spectacular shape. Our driver Antonio was amazing. Thank you L3 Limo for a fun time read more

The L3 limo party bus was amazing! The driver was great and even made sure that we used our time wisely, we had some leftover time booked so he made sure there weren't any other places (the people left on board choose the strip club) he could drop us off. The bus came with many drinks to choose from when we got on and off; these included various sodas and water. The bus waited for us in the parking lot of the bar we went too and allowed us to use the restroom on board if we needed. The sound system was Bluetooth so it was super convenient to get pumped up on the ride to the afterparty bar. read more

5 star service all around! Frank was our host and he really made the experience great! We had a bachelorette party in downtown St. Pete with multiple stops. Frank was patient, attentive and prompt with pick ups. Great experience and will definitely use l3 limo again! read more

I rented L3's 28 passenger party bus for a corporate event. The entire team was very attentive and flexible. Very easy to work with leading up to and day of my event. There was a little confusion about our first stop which I tried to handle in advance but it still seemed to slip through the cracks. We went to the wrong first location but it was only a few blocks from where we needed to be so we all piled back in and drove over. Still giving them 5 stars because overall they delivered a great experience, it was fairly priced and the party bus was as advertised, very clean with lots of fun amenities! Our driver Charles was a cool cat too. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

Worst experience ever. Please don't hire this company. We booked a party last Saturday Aug 11. We have been planning it for over a month. My colleagues and I have made arrangements for sitter coverage, paid for costumes and outfits as well as logistics arrangements for being at the agreed start point on time. First issue: they called us to inform of a mechanical issue with the bus. We were flexible to accept the 1.5 hours delay on a grocery parking lot for them to arrive with the bus. They attested the bus was then in good and safe condition and they'd make up for the lost time to extend it at the end of the originally agreed party end time. Once we all have boarded and the journey began we started to notice yet more issues and when the driver was inquired about the intermittent power outage he explained the issues were indeed affecting the power brake and steering wheel therefore potentially putting everyone's on the bus at risk. Then we had to of course drop off and end the party after less than 30 min of it being on so not to put the entire group in danger. We called back the owner but the company didn't have a replacement bus to provide and it would take at least another 45 min to have a van coming over to take 37 folks back to our pick up spot in several turns so most of the group made and paid for their own transport arrangements back. What a disappointment :-( Now we're discussing returning the upfront payment with the company but this is of course not enough to make up for all the other costs: Uber, costumes, sitter and such a terrible outcome for what we expected to be a great time for everyone. read more

When I booked a Limo Party Bus for my wife's birthday 01/23/2021, the driver I had requested at booking wasn't available, I was told by Steve, that he was sending one of his best drivers. The Driver Eric, showed up. First he parked a good distance from the house out on the road. He never once offered to help to load the Limo, specially the girls. The only thing he ask was do I have extra trash bags, never said what they were for or where they go. The inside of the bus was ice cold and I ask to turn it do a couple of times. My wife asked him and he snapped and said I can shut it off! Eric, never interacted with us at all, he had a personality of a slug. I attempted to email Steve during the ride, no answer as of this post. I also texted Steve yesterday and still no answer. I had used L3 Limo July 2020, the experience was second to none. This experience sucked. The drivers attentiveness and personality make the whole experience. We aren't asking for anything, just beware of a driver by the name of Eric and the no customer service after you pay. read more

We booked L3 Limo for the Gasparilla Parade. They dropped us off at the beginning of the parade and was suppose to pick us up at the end of the parade at a designated location at 6:30pm. They were 2 hours late picking us up and when calling their dispatch they were rude. The only way they could have been that late would be that they over booked their driver. If you have to be some place on time think twice before using them, they don't care! read more

Terrible service. Driver showed up with a "really old bus", not like the one in the photos. Showed up nearly an hour late. Our 40+ people loaded the bus, on way to a baseball game for our wedding. The bus BROKE DOWN 2 blocks later and we were told another could be there in an hour and a half. That puts us back 2 hours at least and the baseball game would likely be over by the time we arrived. Terrible service and no back up plan for the mechanical failure. Look for another company. read more

This company showed up an hour later to pick us up and we never once got the bus we paid for. They lie to customers by telling them they have mechanical difficulties and overbook. We did not have our bus for the entire 5 hours we reserved it for, DONT use this company!!! You will be wasting lots of money read more
