The staff are great, they are friendly and listen to what you want as well as doing their best to make sure that you are not waiting too long to get served. This place reminds me of an old style cut throat barber shop and I love it, it has a real genuine feel to it and the kind of personal touch which is sadly lacking in many modern day establishments.I mean there are too manyy pretentious hair salons who will charge a kings ransom for a dodgy cut and yet people will still flock to them in an unrelenting sheep like manner. Ben Hair is an exception to this rule and manages to fuse together traditional Barber shop styles with a more contemporary feel which is similar to that you would get in unisex hair salons. In an age when barber shops are being left behind Ben Hair is doing an excellent job of keeping up with competition and is a great little place to visit no matter what the style you are after. The staff are great and it is a comfortable place to wait for your haircut and the waiting times are never very long. The location is central to the city so you can pop by get your haircut and continue on your way with your daily business.
