I ordered a Tartiflette, which is supposedly a local specialty. It had potatoes, onions, and…read moremelted cheese in a casserole dish. My dish was rather bland and uninspired. Perhaps it's my American palate or misunderstanding of the dish, but it could have used more salt. The salad that it came with was pretty plain as well.
My wife ordered a pizza with mushrooms, which wasn't bad. You'd think, since this place claims to be a pizzeria, that the pizza would be better, but it wasn't anything special.
I ordered a raspberry tart for dessert, and that redeemed the meal somewhat, but overall, it was a sub-par meal.
There is nice outdoor seating, and the service was not bad. Annecy is a nice little town, but it seems like you have to get out of the town a little in order to avoid touristy restaurants like this one.
