He indulged my poor French and chatted with me about the benefits of imaginative play and the difference between Ostheimer and Holztiger toys. And he was just very gracious. The shop itself is charming with beautiful mobiles suspended from the ceiling and lovely toys below.

This is the most charming little children's shop I've ever been in. They have a lovely selection of…read moretoys, decor, tableware, and enough trendy-kid-accoutrements to make you feel like you've died and gone to Etsy. They also sell a few pieces of jewelry and several accessories that you'll wish were big enough for your adult sized self. Prices are super reasonable and I left with three cute little decorative items for around 14 euro. An added bonus, this neighborhood is amazing and borders the best Papeterie street in Paris!
