He asked about our travels and mentioned that his family has a restaurant in California called Yo-yo Thai. Family restaurant and incredibly friendly atmosphere. The Thai soup was perfectly spicy and so delicious! The spicy tofu was exactly crispy enough! L'Apsara delivers delicious classic dishes in both traditions. My husband ordered the large portion Bo Bun and I had the chicken Pad Thai noodles. Both dishes were served with perfectly cooked noodles and quality ingredients, spiced just right. However, the highlight was our shared entree, the summer rolls (Les roulettes printemps), topped with chopped peanuts and served with a delicate sweet sour spicy vinegar dipping sauce.
