Needless to say, it was Vietnamese food with a northern flare. Many Vietnamese restaurants outside of Vietnam serve cooking influenced mostly by the south, as many southerners fled the country after 1975. We didn't try any other Vietnamese restaurant in Bordeaux but would definitely dine here again if we return to BDX .
