Pillows and throws on love seats that line the walls. Patterned rugs on the floors. Very quaint and adorable. There are a few menu items that you can order by themselves (like a normal restaurant), but the main event at this place are the Mediterranean "Tapas". They call them "mezah". The menu is only in Norwegian, but from what I understood, you can choose any combination of Mezah, each costing 40 nok, or have the chef choose 6 for you, and they will cost 160 nok for vegetarian or 180 nok for meat and vegetarian (so you save quite a bit). This combo comes with pita and feeds one (hungry) person. My boyfriend and I decided to each order one, so we got quite the variation of Mezah's to try. Some were very good, others not so much. The Bulgur, Tsatsiki, Kyllingvinger (chicken wings) and Kjøtboller (meatballs) were our favorites. We did not like the Baba Ganosh or the Squash, but maybe that's just our aversion to "weird vegetables" as we like to call them haha. Everything else was good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes to try new things, is hungry, and is in the mood for Mediterranean/ Turkish/ middle eastern food. The Ghormeh Sabzi (Herb lamb stew with kidney beans) is, according to my mother, tastes tinned but its still tasty. The Fesenjan (chicken cooked with walnuts and pomegranate sauce) is also a good option. I like to also order a side order of cucumber / garlic yoghurt.
