CONSUMER BEWARE: I hired Joshua Sanchez in November of 2021 to paint my home. I declined to give a…read morereview at that time because there were many issues. Most of which were resolved but, it wasn't pleasant dealing with him. Unfortunately, I had to contact Mr. Sanchez again recently, due to the fact the paint on the ceiling of my front porch is blistering, cracking and beginning to peel. He came out and took no responsibility. He said the paint is blistering because the ceiling is made of drywall and humidity or water will cause that. He told me it's a problem with my roof and it must be leaking. My roof is only a couple of years old. I told him that he should have taken into consideration that the ceiling is made of drywall when he did the job. But, now it's going to crack and peel and it's my problem after hiring him and paying him $2800. He said, "I come, I paint the house, that's it." I told him I have a 3 year warranty. He said, "So, what does that mean? Do you expect to paint it like a new house?" Those are his words verbatim. I was taking notes because I knew he was going to give me a hard time based on the last time I had to deal with him. He didn't like my attitude and I sure enough didn't like his. The conversation became heated and we were both speaking in raised voices. He left stating he wasn't dealing with me and he wasn't fixing it. Mr. Sanchez is unprofessional, his work is subpar, and the warranty on his work is worth less than the paper it's printed on. Save yourself a headache, don't hire him.
