Thank you Dr. Anne Bowness!…read more After years of pain in my hips and feeling frozen, Dr. Anne has gotten me moving again. During the assessment appointment, she took the time to investigate my current condition thoroughly, she listened to my personal issues and then explained the process and the steps she was going to take very completely and patiently. I don't trust people very easily but her positive attitude and patience won me over and am I glad that I trusted her! I have followed her treatment plan which included several adjustments and an exercise plan. Dr. Anne is very thorough and professional, yet positive and friendly - not always an easy balance to achieve. Her office is very welcoming which includes her dog Mercury (I love dogs). The whole experience did NOT feel like going to a cold, sterile treatment clinic at all. I highly recommend Dr. Anne Bowness.

I went in Thursday for a coppery vibe with a shadow root and this was the outcome. #1 I mentioned hair health is most important. They also had to cut off inches of my hair and send me home with hair masks because my hair was in such a compromised state. I sent them this message over the weekend and despite them reading it and posting their usual on social media, I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a response as it was the long weekend after all. Tuesday morning I called them around 10, the manager was to get back to me shortly, I waited another 4 hours and called back again, she was unprofessional and rude and just brushed me off and wanted me to wait until the next day. I wasn't happy with that. Originally I was just wanting a senior stylist to fix my hair and provide a refund. However, all my faith was lost. I said I just wanted my money back so I can go elsewhere. I indeed got a call back and was told to come pick up my refund. I went in, was not greeted, she said not one word to me, handed the envelope and went on with her day, did not even apologize or want to take two minutes to look at my hair! Horrible customer service and lack of care. They were my go to for all services, I cannot believe the lack of care and compassion!

Welcome to my first ever review. This is how angry I was…read more I had booked an appointment at least two weeks out, for July 28, for 5:15 pm (after work). They called me a day or two later to reschedule me, saying they had the 27th available at 3:00 pm. Um, I work? Whatever, after Covid I really needed a haircut, so I took two hours off of work. When I arrived at the salon, I was told, "oh, Maddie called in sick. We had to cancel you." While there was a missed call on my cell there was NO MESSAGE. I'm not sure if this is because I was (supposed to be) a new client, but I was very, VERY annoyed. "We can reschedule you" yeah, okay. So one reschedule already, with time taken off work? Thanks but no thanks.
