Initially there was no seat available and they offered one in 30min so we came back and SO glad we did! Full of friendly and happy locals so you know it's delicious. I had one of their home made bolognese pastas and my husband the pizza, both perfect. Excellent price and portions. We are coming back tomorrow, our last day!

He made one to our specifications, but then also made us one with the ingredients that he recommended. His was far superior, so if you go, just let him choose what you're getting! He and his wife really knew their stuff. The ingredients were fresh and delicious and the wine was fabulous. The whole experience was just... fun!! The restaurant was small and cozy, and the owner was so gracious and patient with us given that we didn't speak his language. A large waiter came out to growl at us to get off the patio! 5 minutes later he grudgingly let us in. Then the officious "maitre d" seated us inside at a rickety little table under a blazing naked light bulb. And deigned to serve a couple of glass of sour white wine. Then came a big tour bus group of noisy Americans... At this point, we cut our visit to this horrible place short and headed to the Airelles for a civilized meal with pleasant wait staff.
