We ordered Dorade which was baked and served with ratatouille and olive oil infused potatoes...mmmmmmm. We shared a pannacotta topped with strawberry confit. My husband finished the meal with what he described as a wonderful expresso. The Corsican wine, selected by the owner, beautifully complimented the dorade. PS- the walk down was much easier than the walk up. On a return to north Corsica, we would definitely come back.

Nice location by the water, friendly and accommodating staff. Each dish was prepared with care and presented perfectly. I enjoyed the tuna tartar and the sea bream (Dorade) both. Excellent Corsican wine list; I'll suggest the tasty and affordable local vin blanc from Clos Marfisi, Inseme Patrimonio. Perfect pairing with the fish; light, lemony, minerally. You will have a great evening. Reservations recommended.
