If you're really into food, I would unfortunately have to advise eating elsewhere after overcooked langoustines & fish and uninspired vegetables, plating, etc. The wine list is small but very well chosen however. Overall the location is so amazing that I would consider staying here again but book early so you can get the end room with a deck and 90 degree view of the water plus a window on the side you can open to hear the waves all night. But the beds are comfortable, shower has great water pressure, and the staff is extremely friendly. Location is great as you can walk around town easily. Only issue that I don't think you can fix, as you can hear other rooms sometimes. Breakfast is good. I would definitely recommend for a few nights went in town.

Nuts & Bolts but a great place to sleep and relax. Walking distance (2 blocks) to all the great restaurants and shops. Bayeux is the PERFECT launch point for everything Normandy. If you're looking to see Omaha Beach and Point Du Hac stay in Bayeux. We booked a private tour through the Caen Memorial. We took the 7:00am train to Caen and met our guide. It was the perfect way to see everything.
