This place is right in the middle of everything, yet seems to fly under the radar. We went there because we saw a bunch of locals hanging out and having fun. What a wise decision! Our first meal there was so great, we returned for another a couple days later. The classic, super-thin quickly baked pizza is extraordinary! Paella dude in the window who makes them is a master. Perfect air bubbles, burnt edges and the superior ingredients that Basque Country is known for. On that note, the basque salad is a meal in itself! And the desserts? I had the raspberry-crunchy-fluffy thing and it was one of the best desserts I have ever had.
Gotta mention the service! This crew was very professional, but also had super fun senses of humor. We had so much fun! Shout out to Justin and the gang for taking such good care of us.
This restaurant is the reason we will go back to Biarritz. Plus, we need to have a drink with the crew!
