Sunday evening and we decided to eat at the Brasserie at the hotel Verviers. The place is nice and cozy, the stuff are friendly. All those attributes went down the moment we ordered our dishes. We were suppose to have a quick bite, witch ended up taking 2 hours and a half for just the starters. We kept complaining since was too late to go somewhere else, until we finally got our dishes, witch were not that good. Excellent brunch with a large assortment to choose from for only 15eur!! Food quality is what you can expect from a decent hotel, a lot of breads, cheeses, milk products, cereals, spreads, etc. Location is nice and has a bit of a scenic view. Hotel building itself is lovely! read more
