This is a small, simple, bustling and quaint little place. We were seated quickly and comfortably with another couple from our tour. The service was friendly and quick and our waiter was gracious enough to explain some of the items on the French menu. L'Envie offered that day a prix fixe lunch with a choice of several appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I chose to have the onion tarte, the boeuf bourguignon, and the passion fruit panna cotta. The onion tarte was divine, the bourguignon was delicious, and the panna cotta exquisite. It was a nice, relaxed, enjoyable experience. Served with a bit of gourmet salt and small salad. Yummy. - Leg of lamb seasoned with Rosemary. Perfect. Practically fell off the bone. Furthermore, it was served with plenty of vegetables that were also excellent: zucchini, potato, turnip, carrot, broccoli. - crème brulee. Wow--best I ever had.
