Sometime during the time the measurements were made and the pickup time was scheduled, the person who was actually going to hem the pants discovered what appeared to be random tailoring marks, making it impossible for her to know where to hem them. It was stated that no mark on a leg matched any mark on the other leg. When I came in to get re-measured, I was greeted well, and the gentleman who did the measuring was very considerate, asking me several questions about the occasion to which I would be wearing the pants, and while the pants were being altered, brought me a bottle of chilled water and engaged me in pleasant conversation. If not for the first visit, I would be giving this establishment a 5-star rating. Perhaps the person who I interacted with first was just having a bad day.
