I texted Tony last night, and he reponsded promptly at 7 this morning... it's 11am and he's out there tearing up and removing that porch and boardwalk with all that nasty rotted wood and rusty nails as well as the horribly huge tree root that caused the damage to our driveway and garage floor... I am so grateful and highly recommend his service! He is friendly, reasonably priced, and professional.

I spoke with Randy, who was helpful and told me I could pick it up at Martin Quarry using my pickup truck. He gave me the pricing, and everything seemed good to go. I took time off work to make the trip, but when I arrived at the quarry, I was met with a surprisingly rude attitude from the weigh station attendant. She abruptly told me they do not load directly into truck beds and questioned who had given me that information. Before I could even explain or check my phone for the name, she cut me off and repeated the policy in a dismissive tone. I texted Randy afterward, and to his credit, he apologized and confirmed that he should have informed me of the requirement for a trailer. While I appreciated the apology, the overall experience -- especially the way I was treated at the quarry -- left a bad impression. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to Martin Quarry for materials in the future.

It seemed like he was bringing whoever could come along to help. Screw holes not all spackled and sanded, wall anchors all painted over rather than punched in and speckled, several paint drippings. Above all the doors there were slice marks in the drywall like they cut the taped paper off. The wooden rafters in the living room had paint all over the ends. Sloppy job. He did do a nice job of patching over an outlet box for a no longer existing light switch and fixed a patch of mold under one window. But I spent the following week fixing everything. I do not recommend for painting.
