But I must tell you that the Creperie Bretonne is one of the worst restaurants I've had the misfortune to dine at over the course of my career. 1. The waitress forgot to give our order to the kitchen. The waitress was could have apologized, but said nothing. 2. Our food arrived about 45 minutes after we ordered it. I don't expect fast food service, but seriously, 45 minutes? Customers who came in after us had already eaten and left even before we got our meals. 3. Our meals were not correct. Our host got cheese on his crepe after he specifically told the waitress "sans fromage." I'm not surprised as the chef/owner was overwhelmed. She had far too many tables for one just one person. She should better know! 4. Finally, when our host went to pay the bill he told the owner how bad the dining experience was and she became belligerent and defensive. She raised her voice and made a fool of herself. Anyway, visit this cafe at your own peril. I hope you don't have the same experience we did.
