This is a mozarella bar, and from our tours we learned about how they raise the cows in this region for this famed mozarella. Now I can't compare to other places here in Italy, but I was definitely pleased with what we ordered. We had the burrata. It was presented nicely on a plate with the Bufala mozarella in the center with accompanying anchovies, tomatoes and bread. I wasn't aware of the fish before ordering, but I gave it a go. Everything on the plate together balances out. Amaze-mozzarella-balls! Pair it with some vino and you have yourself a great snack!

He allowed my friend and I to sample the cheese first and brought out some fresh cheese he had just made as well. Such a kind man who cares about his customers and also sells amazing products. Pizza Margherita (4/5) -- Very nice gluten-free crust with traditional Margherita toppings. Pizza Napoli (4/5) -- Essentially a Pizza Margherita with anchovies. We were seated right away and you place the order on your phone. We started with arancini filled with white rice , meat, peas and carrots. Crispy outside and perfect flavor on the inside. I got the margarita with mushrooms and my boyfriend got margarita with buffalo cheese. Both had a perfectly thin crust, light amount of delicious sauce and cheese. Tasted delicious!! They even had a great gluten free beer! Great service and food- highly recommended
