I am putting a one star so the owner can truly see how messed up his office is. I had called a week prior to Good Friday to set up services for 4:30pm asked my best friend over to wait for them so I could take my daughter to the nose specialist after she fractured it only for my friend to wait for no apparent reason because my appointment went missing and no one showed up. Upon repeated attempts to reach the office, someone finally got to me and had the owner call me so I could explain how upsetting this was as I needed my carpets cleaned and I had set up the appointment a week in advance and yet no one bothered to call and reschedule or anything. He was empathetic and tried reaching out to his cleaners to come fulfill my appointment but no one was answering their phones as the business was now closed for the day and everyone was either heading home or already home, so we had agreed someone would come on Monday and I would only pay $45-half the price of what was discussed for the inconvenience. I got a call halfway through Monday morning to be told they were calling to set up and appointment for Friday. figured okay maybe some miscommunication, told her no it's supposed to be for today because my appointment was for this past Friday and no one showed up. She said okay no problem got it set up and guy showed up a little late, no problem traffic in horizon is bad I understand stuff happens. But it's when he showed me the bill I lost it and got furious. The office decided to ignore what the owner and I had discussed and only gave me $20 discount trying to charge me $70 for services rendered. Are you kidding me??? Someone is either trying to pocket the owners money or they really are just that blatantly disrespectful of customers. I will NEVER use them again simply because of his office staff. I think Steamway Carpet Cleaning Specialists are indeed fortunate to have two such OUTSTANDING representatives for their company and I will not hesitate to reach out to them in the future for any needs I have that their very capable company can address. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!! It is so refreshing to find a service company that pays attention to every detail of their job from start to finish!!!! It's nearly impossible to find contractors (Electricians, General Contractors, Plumbers, etc.) in El Paso that leave such a favorable impression on their customers.....SALUTE to Steamway Carpet Cleaning Specialists for being the CREAM OF THE CROP!!!!!

Anyways, i had them do the move out clean with inside the cabinets, fridge, stove, windows & base boards & they did an amazing, detailed job! i left soon after they got started & came back about 6 hours later to the wonderful smell of fabuloso & a very clean home. I cannot say enough good things about FiberCare! I…read moreoriginally met the owner when they came out to clean the carpet in one of my rental properties. The carpet had pet stains and pet odor, and I honestly wasn't sure how well it could be brought back. When they were finished, I couldn't even tell where the stains had been -- and the pet odor was completely gone. The carpet looked amazing! They also cleaned a rug for me, and once again, I was blown away. It came back looking like new. What really impressed me was learning how long FiberCare has been serving El Paso, 30 years; and seeing the equipment and process they use. This isn't someone simply running a little wand over your carpet. Their equipment does a serious deep cleaning, and you can see the difference in the finished product. The machine they use to clean has huge brushes and sucks all the gross dirty water out. I hate the wand cleaners I feel like the carpets have just been made wet without sucking at the dirty water.  Beyond the results, I found them to be honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the work they do. After seeing firsthand what they were able to do with pet stains, pet odor, carpet, and my rug, I would absolutely recommend FiberCare. It's wonderful to find a longtime local El Paso business that still takes this much pride in doing the job right. Five stars from me!
