They will go a step further and ask you what you are working on so they can offer suggestions on what you might need to better compete the project. I went to Lowes to get a piece of wood for a craft product. The person that helped me was very…read moreprofessional and helpful. She helped me pick out the item I needed and then went to another part of the store and helped me get the rest of the items I needed. She was the department manager at the pro desk, Jae was her name. I have heard many rumors about the new general manager, mostly negative things. He is not good to his employees, degrading them in front of other customers but Jae was phenomenal. I would suggest working with her over the general manager.

I was told it would be delivered on the 7th possibly 8th at the LATEST! Got a email saying its loaded on the truck. The 7th I got a email saying it was delayed, that was fine, no worries 8th would work too. Delivery time was between 9am - 9pm. I got a email at 830 pm sayings its delayed again. Okay now I'm irritated, they give me another delivery time between 9am - 9pm. My fiance got sick of wating so he went in store just to find out it was NEVER LOADED on a truck nor did they even have a Delivery time scheduled for that day the 9th! Mind you I ordered it on the 6th expecting it the 8th at the latest. He just picked it up when he went in, wouldn't be as mad if they would have been honest about the delivery status and dates. So annoying when you expect things on a certain day, I get delays happen but be honest about it!!

Sim Supply is an absolute disaster. Stay far away from this place. I placed an order on October…read more5th, 2026 and didn't hear anything until October 9th via email that they were canceling "due to fraud concerns." Keep in mind I ordered PAINT TRAY LINERS, not some expensive tools or anything else that should warrant some federal Sim Supply investigation. When I reached out to customer service, they were as worthless as you can expect from a terrible company. Called 4 times, left messages after being on hold for 20 minutes and finally emailed. The brief email reply I got was that I was basically committing fraud because the shipping address didn't match the billing (that is correct as I was sending the paint liners to my cousin who got a new older house he's painting.) So if you want to deal with a disaster of a company and never get what you ordered, go with Sim Supply. Worst company I have every dealt with and will make you feel like a criminal for spending your hard earned money.
