From the moment I called, the process was easy, professional, and fast. They picked up on the first ring, gave me a fair quote over the phone, and even offered same-day service. I did my research too and everyone other company was charging way too much. Last Best was right up my price range! When the crew arrived, they were right on time, super friendly, and ready to work. They handled everything with care--no scratches, no mess left behind. I had a mix of old furniture, yard debris, and random junk, and they loaded it all in what felt like minutes. What really stood out was their attitude--they genuinely seemed happy to help and went above and beyond, even sweeping the area after everything was gone. Pricing was exactly what they quoted (no surprise fees), and it felt worth every penny. If you're looking for a junk removal service that's fast, professional, and just plain easy to work with, this is the one. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The two companies before Pro carpet cleaners made stuff smell nice, but the stains were still very visible in high traffic areas and almost seemed worse a few months after they were cleaned. Also, their long hose attached to the van leaked a line of chemical across our front lawn killing grass. Bill showed up in a Prius and changed all that. His equipment was smaller and environmentally safe. He spent extra time to get some stains out, explained some of the chemistry behind his methods and was extremely thorough. He let me borrow his fans for a few days after to dry the carpets out and came back and did a quality control check after everything was dry. Thanks Bill!
