It's topped with some crunchy goodness that I can't explain as well as an egg yolk. The chicken couscous with raisins and chickpeas had fresh vegetables, gorgeous gilled meats, and additional spices to personalize the dish. The pepper/feta/balsamic appetizer was just delicious.
