Delicious home made food. Better than some tourist trap Italian food I've had in Italy. Family restaurant. Only speak French & menus in French. Was open till 10pm. Locals eat here. Luckily there was a local eating there that spoke English & was kind & helped translate (but we also could just point to items & use our limited French vocabulary). We had the spaghetti bolognese & the carbonara. Both very tasty & good portions. They give you bread and butter on the house. Also had the tiramisu for dessert which was light & fine. Red table wine was smooth & good for price. Overall great value and delicious food!

I think the place is trending ahead of the neighborhood so I hope it makes it. One day this will be one of the many fine dining establishments in the area. But that will take time until the hood catches up. In the meantime, if they offered specials I might go more often as the menu looked somewhat static. That's my 4 star to a 5 star challenge. While the outdoor menu has 15+ pasta dishes the one we were given inside had only 5. Again, due to the language barrier we ordered off of those few in the indoor menu and while they were tasty, the ham in the carbonara was quite chewy and the bolognese was rather loose.
