We had a sudden and urgent need for a sheet music store in search of Christmas music for piano…read morefour-hands. Paul Beuscher has a large selection of instruments downstairs (including a piano store next door) and a very nice selection of sheet music upstairs - particularly extensive for piano and guitar. Our mission was successful, thanks to the helpful service. Everyone was very friendly, despite the fact that the credit card machine was not working properly and couldn't read my card. Not sure if it was completely out of service, or just for those crazy American magnetic strips. (Will the US EVER get it together on the digital chip in the credit card thing - Puh-leassse!!!) Anyway. Good place. Nice selection. Helpful staff.

Euroconcert had not only the best selection but also the best prices: Consequently, several of my top choice pianos were at this store. They also had there a team of technicians, with whom I could discuss any detail. These factors alone would have earned them top ratings and made them my number 1 choice. Beyond this, the buying experience itself was the best i've had - of any kind, anywhere, Paris or New York. The team helping me was astonishingly patient, generous, well informed and a pleasure to work with, from selecting the instrument, to financing, delivery and follow-up. As a new immigrant to France from the USA, financing presented unique challenges: The team not only held my selected piano for several weeks while we navigating these complexities, they explored every option, negotiated with several banks, and even leaned on personal relationships with the US ambassador to France! After so many complications, they took special steps to rush the delivery, making sure the piano arrived on Christmas Eve! In every way, this was an exceptional buying experience, and I am delighted by the quality of the instrument!
