In Southern California I always had AAA and they treated my family amazing. Moved to MI and AAA was not very good, but this company is the worst. They wouldn't allow me to add the boyfriend on my insurance (home or auto) because we aren't married. I had to file a claim for a welder, they made me jump through hoops. I went above and beyond to provide documentation they requested and looked for any reason at all to deny my claim - stating the item was not mine. My name was on the receipt. I provided the bank statement showing the withdrawal from my account. They took my welder and are refusing my claim so now I can't even get it repaired. What's the point of having insurance if the company won't honor it? If they don't value you as a customer? The item in question is a few thousand dollars and in the grand scheme of things nothing in comparison to how much money they will lose when their customers go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Lord knows I am moving all of my accounts.
