We called for a last minute ultrasound since we had issues getting into the OB today and she was so kind and told us to come to her house since she didn't have appointments booked for the day. My experience with Look At Baby was terrible. I came to get an ultrasound so my husband and I could see our baby. When the ultrasound started, I was immediately interrogated about how many weeks I was. I thought I was 11 weeks but according to the ultrasound tech, she said I was only 4 weeks. She then proceeded to tell me that I had a "bad pregnancy". Even though I signed paperwork that said I would not be diagnosed, the ultrasound tech decided to diagnose me with a blighted ovum, told me the baby did not have a heartbeat and was never a baby, and then said I just needed to get a D&C. What really made the experience worse though was the fact that after she told me my baby was never a baby, she decided to ignore my current grief and tried to get some business from my pregnant sister-in-law by offering a half-off ultrasound to her. We immediately left because we were offended by the ultrasound tech's insensitivity. After rushing to the ER, we discovered that our baby was fine after all. The baby happened to be almost 7 weeks old and had a very strong heartbeat. Look At Baby caused our little family lots of grief and unnecessary medical bills. What should have been a very happy experience turned into a nightmare. Thankfully everything turned out fine in the end, but I hope that no one ever has to go through the same experience that we did. Look At Baby is a very unprofessional company and they need to learn how to actually use an ultrasound machine before helping any other expectant mothers. read more

A friend recommended Look at Baby to me so I contacted them on Facebook & scheduled an appointment. I contacted them on a Wednesday & she was able to schedule me in on the Saturday & I was really happy about that. So on Saturday my husband & I & my best friend drive to Orange, which is an hour away from where we live. I put the address in my GPS & it takes us to a house in a subdivision. I wasn't sure if we were at the right place bc there weren't any signs so I called the lady & she informs me that she's not even there! She said it was too pretty of a day & her husband said they needed to go to a crawfish boil & offered to reschedule my appointment! Needless to say I refused! My friend that recommended her had a wonderful experience there so I guess if you do use her call & make sure she'll be there bc something more important might come up & she'll leave you hanging... As for me she has lost my business! read more
