When I arrived there was only one other customer inside. The restaurant decor was cute and I very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This spot was a bit pricey just like most of the restaurants in this touristy area. I had certain Turkish entrees i wanted to try during my vacation. I ordered the Iskender kebab which is beef and pita bread covered with tomato sauce with yogurt on the side. I ordered a side salad to go with it. The dish was very delicious as you can tell in one of my pics. I chatted with some of the staff about life in Istanbul. I was offered some complimentary pomegranate tea before I left and it hit the spot. This is definitely a place to check out when you're in the area.

I highly recommend the chicken kabobs, juicy and well seasoned. Also enjoyed the margaritas, stiff and not overly sweet. Staff is pleasant and attentive. The views are unmatched in the evening. Make your reservation in advance to secure your sunset table. The inside is nice and classy but I simply adore the open air views from the roof. The birds really set off the skyline and you can see several of the mosques around. Not SUPER expensive but it is in the higher end price wise compared to their surrounding competition -- 100% worth it in my book. I will definitely go again on my next visit. Glad I could introduce it to a friend this go round. The only thing I disliked about this place is the "dining dome" as I called it. A portion of the roof now offers seating in a large plastic dome. It's an affordable meal and for the traditionalists drink it with ayran, a yogurt drink. This is a small establishment that focuses on a couple of dishes which makes them experts at it. I looked on trip advisor and found this restaurant. It stands for its name and it's away from crowded roads but at the same time not too far away to all main streets. This means you'll get there within 10 min when you get out of the Ferry in main Pier. The one thing that truly stands out when you go there is service. These people know the value that online reviews bring them and truly try to make sure your experience is a positive one. This is not very common in Turkey. We got the mixed Fish plate, a bunch of appetizers (definitely try the walnut, olive appetizer) and salads. They gave us a complementary eggplant based appetizer which was yummy. They also have a good selection of wine. We tried a bottle of the white wine which turned out to be really good ( sorry I don't remember the name). They finished our day with a photo that they printed and brought us toward the end as well as complementary ice-cream. We also ordered some tea and Baklava. The ice-cream was great but the Baklava was just okay. I'm not sure if I'll go back to that island again but if I do, going to this restaurant again is definitely going to be on my list.
