Wie immer war der Service ausgezeichnet. Auch die Speisen von der Gänsebrust über den Hirschbraten bis zur Fischpfanne waren geschmackvoll. Die Portionen waren monströs; wir mußten ein Teil mitnehmen. Zum Schluß wäre noch der Dirker Schnaps zu erwähnen. Es gibt ganz ausgefallene Sorten von Sanddorn bis Haselnuß. Bis zum nächsten Besuch.
