This gentleman came out to my home and gave me a very fair estimate on some work to and around my…read morebarn. He brought in dirt to my barn that had been scraped below where the stalls are, was able to get it level for everything, even the raised platform for the hay, but especially for the stalls, installed a gutter along one side of the barn to keep it from dripping off the roof and making a mess of the stalls. Also, fixed a badly warped large barn door and some roofing and areas that were done wrong when the barn was first built. I received very complete and nice looking work. This was a few months back and everything is just like working as intended. He was on time, had the equipment he needed, was very nice and got everything taken care of exactly as estimated. I would recommend him to friends, no issues at all.

This guy is a straight up dishonest man. Our contract with him was to remove an old barn, level…read morethe ground and put up a new pole barn kit and order/install barn doors. He told us he could work on it the end of December, 2025 and have it done in a few weeks if the weather held, which it did. We bought his lie and paid him 10% to put us on the schedule then 40% to start the work. We also paid him over $10K for the garage doors he was to order and install. Things didn't happen as planned. He was slow to start, then he, his son and his son's friends, did the tear-down and removal. He had a lot of excuses. After a few more weeks and several phone calls, he started the ground work and dug the holes for the new pole barn. Then nothing...total ghosting. No response to our calls. Our contract with him had a 30 day notification clause to cancel, so we gave notice we were terminating. At this point we found out from the garage door manufacturer that Mosaic had never placed an order for the doors. 30 days later we were out and had another company do the work. So taking out what we agreed to pay for the tear-down and removal, the dirt work and the holes he drilled (some out of place), he still owes us over $16,000. When we caught him while he was taking his equipment off our property, he told us he never intended to finish the job, that he used our money to pay his other bills and that he had none to give back. We are currently seeking legal advice to decide which path to pursue: 1) turn him in to the sheriff as a thief, 2) take him to small claims, or 3) hire a legal team to take him to court. His pattern is clear and I wish we had researched him more up front. He came recommended by the barn kit company however so we thought he was legit. They have since removed him from their installer list...

We couldn't be happier with the incredible work A2Z Builders did on our home remodel. From start to…read morefinish, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. One of the standout aspects of working with A2Z Builders was their seamless communication. Using WhatsApp, they kept track of every request, update, and change throughout the project. This made the entire process transparent, organized, and stress-free. Satchel, the Lead Project Manager, was truly the heart of the project. His patience, responsiveness, and empathy made the renovation experience smooth and enjoyable. He was detail-oriented, ensured everything was done correctly, and welcomed changes without hesitation. Satchel's leadership gave us confidence that our home was in the best hands. I'm already recommending Satchel to friends and family for remodeling projects because he's simply amazing! Philipe, another Project Manager, deserves recognition for his dedication to keeping the crew on time and each task running smoothly. His consistent presence onsite ensured that deadlines were met and quality was maintained. Thanks to his oversight, we always knew the project was progressing exactly as planned. He also has a great eye for style and gave us lots of recommendations :) Macy, Lead Designer, brought our vision to life with creativity and expertise. She guided us through the kitchen layout, tile selections, and bathroom accessories, helping us achieve a design that perfectly balanced our different styles. Her eye for detail tied the entire remodel together beautifully--from the kitchen and bathroom to the fireplace and beyond. We wholeheartedly recommend A2Z Builders to anyone considering a renovation--whether small or a full house remodel. Their team is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their clients. Choosing A2Z Builders was the best decision we made, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Satchel, Philipe, and Macy made the experience unforgettable, and we are grateful for their dedication, professionalism and expertise. Also, they were a blast to work with and we can't wait to do more projects with this team in the very near future!

This project was long and stressful. We signed the contract in March 2025. We had a discussion…read moreabout the expectations about our back yard porch which introduced a change. Then we decided to get a digital rendering of the porch which came out great, but came with a price of over $1k in addition to the initial Estimate which was over 40k. Some time went by and we heard very minimal about the project between March and August. I decided to do a review on yelp to motivate the company to do something with our project. I received a phone call from the PM about how this affects their business. I agreed that I would remove that review and add a review at the end. Our understanding was that there would be quality control and communication weekly along the way however; this was not the case. There were days where the painter and foundation person came when they said they would and other times they didn't. A couple of times I would go out and look and tell the construction worker that the quality was not acceptable. This occurred on more than one occasion. I called the PM to tell him that this was the problem. It got fixed and we ended up with a beautiful porch in Mid November with a total of $45k spent. If you have the time and money to spend to guide this project the exact way that you want then yes, otherwise; I would recommend a different company.
