Daphne is extremely well-versed in every aspect of the Boulder real estate market and her wealth of knowledge was invaluable to us in buying our home. She was not only able to advise us on neighborhoods, history of the area, value, bidding, etc, she knew so much about what to look for that may be of concern inside the houses. In addition, she gave us the most wonderful recommendations of others to work with, from our local lender, to inspector to sewer guy-all did an exceptional job. We were so pleased with her attitude and dedication. We are first time buyers and were guided the whole way through this hefty process with such care, professionalism and a good sense of humor. On top of that ,we just moved from New York City to Boulder and had little knowledge about the housing in Colorado. Daphne was sure to keep us informed. Daphne is very knowledgeable within Boulder County (We bought our house in Erie, CO. I am not sure if she is specialized in other counties in Colorado as well). She knows the home values for all neighborhoods. She told us where to find information about school districts, shopping and things to do online. She listened to what we want from our first home. The first time she took us to look at some real estates, she showed us different type of homes that we can afford in--different areas. We thought that was a brilliant strategy because it provided us a way to see variety of homes in various areas. She made the process seem like a piece of cake. She kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us. She is extremely responsive to all our inquiries whether they are through emailing or text messaging. Once we made our decision, Daphne is quick to make sure we get it! She made things happen! Daphne was honest, real and selective. She would steer us away from properties she didn't think were up to snuff and would point out flaws we didn't even see. Kudos! If you want to be part of a winning team, you can with Daphne.

Five-Star Review for Adam Sloat - Exceptional Real Estate Agent in Boulder…read more I had the pleasure of working with Adam Sloat over a 6-7 month period while searching for a condo for my student attending CU Boulder--and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our very first remote interaction, Adam demonstrated outstanding engagement, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of the Boulder real estate market. Because I was unable to travel to Boulder myself, Adam took the initiative to personally visit and video record no fewer than 8-9 properties, providing detailed walk-throughs and thoughtful commentary that helped me feel fully informed from a distance. His superior communication skills made what could have been a stressful, long-distance search process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Adam's knowledge of the local market is top-tier. He consistently offered strategic advice, flagging potential issues and opportunities with clarity and professionalism. When it came time to negotiate, Adam managed the process seamlessly--balancing assertiveness with diplomacy and always keeping my best interests front and center. Beyond his real estate expertise, Adam is simply a great guy--friendly, genuine, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism is matched by a personal warmth that made the entire experience feel collaborative and supportive. If you're looking for a highly capable, trustworthy, and personable real estate agent in the Boulder area, look no further than Adam Sloat. He's truly the best.

Our experience was wonderful, here's why: After looking on the market for ~6 months, and seriously for ~1, we had found a home that we really loved, it was "the one." We were ready to put in an offer, and want to go in aggressively low due to time on market. We had been in touch with an agent elsewhere but did not feel like they would be a strong negotiator or ally for us in the first-time home buying process. On our friends recommendation, we reached out to First Summit who put us in touch with Jenna (Catalona-Davis) whose region spanned Denver-metro. Jenna was truly our partner in the process! She guided us as first-time homebuyers and worked with us to build a strategy that took all things into consideration-previous purchase price, time on market, comparisons, how renovations were factored into the listing price. Jenna was a weapon in negotiations and worked hard to get our offer accepted $20,000 below list price 2 days after submitting our initial offer. I can't overstate enough that she was absolutely a partner in the process-she demystified the home buying process, took every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable choosing to move forward with every next step. A phenomenal experience! Thanks, Jenna!

Thank goodness we had Lynn! - she really did make the process a lot less frustrating by spending an incredible amount of time explaining everything to us. She was also very patient and yet incredibly responsive to our numerous last minute phone calls and emails. With there being such a limited inventory here in Boulder it's very important to have a realtor that can get you into a home as soon as it hits the market and for us, that made the difference in us being able to get into our 'dream home' and being forced to continue our search. In all, Lynn brings many years of experience to the table and I have no qualms in saying that she's definitely the person that you want to have on your side during your home buying (or selling) process.
