I guess she had the vacation lined up all along and just want to make a quick buck off my house offer if it had succeeded. Jim deals with thousands of homes a year and mine like anyone reading is just a statistic. However KELLER WILLIAMS are horrible Realtors and I know how they work because they all talk. After 2 failed trips from Charlotte to JC to complete our home inspection our…read morehome inspector refused to come back to complete the inspection due to the utilities not being on. Found a new inspector on a 3rd trip we were told he would pay for the inspection......he lied and we didn't get our money. He charges 7% commission when the market rate is 6%. He requires a 120 day listing when the market is 90 days. If you are a buyer I recommend you avoid his listings. If you are a seller he will cost you much more than other agents. This was a nightmare of a buying experience. Because of Jim's lack of concern for "getting it right" he created a snowball effect of additional inconvenience and expense for my family including; changing the date of the moving company, cable, phone, home owners insurance and change of address. Had I known what a horrible ordeal this was going to be I never would have bought this house.
