Half the customers and 1/3 of the employees were not wearing them. I am not a mask fan, don't get me wrong, but take the mandatory signs down if it is not going to be enforced or followed. I took my mask off at the register and asked the attendant, apparently I don't need this if even your own people are not wearing them!! He told me, no you don't have to wear it if you don't want too. The informed me it was not covered under warranty because of "debrie" "later confirmed was rust and wiping it out with a cloth fixed the problem". Manager Joe "did not give his last name" who was extremely condescending the entire time. Insisted it was not rust. Did take cover the cost of the diagnostic. Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty. I have p t s d. And manager Joe's condescending tone and words.\nWere extremely aggravating and a common trigger for veterans with p t s d. Young lady at the counter was extremely professional.The entire time and I think her for actually being a professional even though the example given by her boss is exactly the opposite of that. At a 3.5 rating, this service station is already low.And I understand why.

My experience was great…read more I went on-line, chose the tires I wanted, called Schierl Tires and was told they had them in stock and we set-up an appointment. Walked in and was greeted, gave my info, keys and went for a walk. By the time I got back my vehicle was on the lift and the techs were on it. As I sat in the waiting room a tech by the name of Zack said things were going smooth but he wanted me to know that I would need brakes re-done before spring. I thought that was fantastic that he would come out and tell me that! Kudos to Zack and the rest of the staff. I would recommend Schierl Tire.

If I could give less than one star I would…read more We took our car here last month to have what we thought was the alternator replaced. It turned out it was the battery needing to be replaced. They called and tried to push more services on top of what was already being done and when we declined those they continued to push. Well we got the car back and it was quite obvious that they did not test drive the car to make sure it was ok because as we were driving it, it began to stall out every time we slowed down/stopped. As we are a limited budget family we could not have this "new issues" worked on until this month and so took it to our regular mechanic to have it fixed and turns out this place left a vacuum hose disconnected and that was causing the stalling. So we ended up having to pay $125 to fix their incompetence. Honestly they should be responsible for that $125 that we had to pay. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON. If you do not buy into everything they want you to have done they will mess up your car so you have no choice but to pay more money to have things fixed.
