Moved to pump 4 and this one didn't work either, the screen stated "unidentified program". Therefore I went inside, used the restroom which was disgusting. Customer behind me with two small children stated the same thing. Then I decided to get a cup of coffee. The machines were filthy. Coffee beans all over the top along with dust everywhere which leads to believe they rarely clean up there. Also chose a breakfast pizza which only two slices were available. Neither look particularly appetizing but I selected one. I waited in line for a few minutes which is fine when another employee came up front to help. I tried to explain what the two pump screens stated but she didn't want to hear it. Simply stated "it happens all the time, so I'll have to pre-pay for the gas". I did and left the building. After pumping I pulled away from the pumps to eat the pizza and drink the coffee. I could not get past the second bite. Extremely under cooked and disgusting. What an overall terrible experience.

The staff is always genuinely friendly, the store is clean and the gas is ALWAYS about $0.20 cheaper. Not only is it cheaper than 95% of stores in the metro (I'll get to that in a second) but it's high quality fuel. I get 30-50 more miles per tank consistently. Back to the pricing: I live in Minneapolis. 30 minutes away. My husband works five minutes from Kochs Korner. I am disabled and on a fixed income so I really have to think about my spending. I will typically time out my necessary trips to Loretto for when I'm low on fuel so I can take advantage of the savings. I can't fathom how many stations I pass on the 25 mile trip but I ALWAYS look up gas along my route to find the cheapest option and it's never fails that Kochs Korner wins.

Staff is accommodating and nice and always happy to see you next time. One note about leaving, if you are going west, certain times of the day make it quite difficult to pull out on to 12.
