Honestly, this location is kind of gross. I've visited a couple times but not sure I'm going back…read more They had no water, were using porta potties, but still operating and giving flu shots. The place is always dusty, dingy, and went in the other day to someone vacuuming but the vacuum doesn't pick up anything. I also felt bad for the new hire. Poor girl was dumped on the register alone after one day and then the manager was scolding her right in front of customers because she wasn't cleaning, while there was a line and we were waiting to check out. She was literally trying to check customers out and getting scolded. And I had just seen two other employees in the aisle talking about nothing. The manager was Trish or something. Super rude and unprofessional. New girl was super polite and helpful even after being treated like that. Disappointed that they treat people like that.

This place has constant issues. Every time I come here there is AlWaYS issues. I'm not alone…read more While standing in line for my SECONd time, all I hear is people Complaining about how long they have been in line and how this always happens. The drive thru is closed also. I stopped going to Walgreens years ago for this very reason. I had to come here today because it's the only place that had the meds I needed before the weekend. UPDATE: after my SECOND time in line, they attempted to bill my insurance from over two years ago (even though I just gave them my new insurance and had something filled LAST WEEK). I reminded them of my current insurance which they then magically found and had to switch out my prescription because my insurance didn't cover THAT brand.. so again said they would have to consult the pharmacist and I'd have to wait. This was a 45 minute process. I told them I'll take my chances not being able to breathe and just die and left. Dramatic yes.... But I cannot. It should NOT take 45 minutes and me doing your job for you to run some number through a computer and pick up something off a shelf and sell it to sick people. Your service is horrific. Constantly horrific. Go somewhere else. This place is horrible all the time. As much as we already have to pay for medicine, we don't need the added headache of this cluster you know what.

I don't know about you, but when I go to a gas station, I expect to get pickled mushrooms, Eastern…read moreEuropean delicacies, and Russian beer. What... Is it just me? If you never went in, you'd never think it was anything more than a gas station. Beer at gas stations isn't anything new. But, beer that you could only get at a specialty market? That's pretty cool. Conversely, if you weren't paying attention and you missed the gas pumps, it looks like a specialty market, with a wide selection of things you could never think of buying. Pickled mushrooms? Interesting. Five different kinds of pickled mushrooms? Wow. It IS a specialty market, with a wide selection of things you could never think of buying. Why are there gourmet cookies with a label I can't read? I don't know, but they look delicious. Why is there kratom at the gas station? No idea, but it's pretty cool. Oh...and the gas prices are reasonable, and there is plenty of distancing going on here. I wish I lived here. No, not at the gas station/specialty shop, although that is an idea.

This may seem like a super random and weird place to review, but it needs doing. We were driving by…read morethis gas station and saw "gyros" on the sign. What? What the heck is a gas station doing selling gyros? Obviously we needed to try it, or at the very least look at it. Upon entering the store and looking to the left, there's an entire section for Russian food. We were befuddled, as there's no signage advertising eastern European groceries outside at all. What's more, the entire wall is eastern European food. Seems like an oversight not to advertise, so I felt I had to post. There's freezers full of pierogies, ice creams, cakes, sausages, caviar, and more. There's entire food stands full of Russian chocolates, tea cookies, and desserts. On top of that, they have made to order gyros and Philly cheese steaks. Got the gyro with fries for $6.49 and was astounded by how good it was. The pita was nice and soft, and the meat was plentiful and seasoned well. The veggies and sauce weren't my favorite, but I can overlook those. Turns out the owner of this place also owns the gyro shop in The Food Court on 42nd St, and they know what they are doing. I'll be coming back, but may bring my own homemade sauce. You definitely need to check this place out. Plus, think how hilarious it will be to tell someone you are taking them out to gyros, only to pull up to a gas station.
