Mismanaged, misleading, and completely unprofessional…read more Review: I hired this company to help with a full digital marketing project -- website development, Facebook ad campaigns, and SEO. From the beginning, it felt disorganized, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. They promised a new website and a proper SEO strategy. What I got was a broken, incomplete site filled with placeholder text, poor formatting, and zero real optimisation. No Google indexing, no analytics, no local SEO setup -- the basics weren't even touched. When it came to Facebook ads, it was even worse. They created an account for my business, and it got banned almost immediately. They never ran a single ad through my account. Later I found out they were running ads through someone else's account and charging me for it. I was essentially footing the bill for another client's campaign. I raised concerns multiple times, asked for reporting, and requested transparency. Instead of solutions, I got excuses, deflection, and eventually silence. This wasn't just a bad experience -- it was a waste of time, money, and trust. I had to hire another agency just to fix the damage they left behind. If you care about your business, your budget, and your brand -- do not hire this company. They talk big, but they don't deliver, and their internal operations are a mess.

Replicat are a CD/DVD replication & duplication company located in Richmond…read more I've used Replicat a few times when getting my bands albums pressed, and we have always been very happy with the service and quality we receive. With a simple online quote system in place, you can get a rough idea of how much your project is likely to set you back before you have to go in. I found physically going to the store helpful as they have past work on display, and you can pick and up check out different ways of presenting your next CD or DVD. The staff are also really helpful, and happy to answer any questions you may have. Although there may be cheaper options available, Replicat know that when you are putting out and album or DVD, it is a reflection of your art, and that the best is the only way to go.

No one should be screamed at or accused of "abuse" simply for pointing out that a delivered service or product didn't match what was required, especially when being charged by the hour. From my experience l don't reccomend them to anyone. It also looks like there have been a number of past complaints. Plenty of people promoting disks, avoid this one, it's not worth the hassle. Extrapolating this, when are managers going to actually look into performance and not try to defend themselves without seeing the evidence first. No they are simply happy to charge you by the hour.
