Another example of the amazing value they/he offer. The wing mirror on my Land Rover was clipped by another vehicle at speed and was knocked off and just hanging there. Quotes were crazy to repair it. Went so see Simon and he called to ask the cost of a replacement mirror which is what was recommended by others - £1,200!!! Then it would have gone be painted and installed. He said - bring it in Monday and I think I can fix it for you. Sure enough he did!! Cost £97 and 6 months later it is still perfect!!

Took my car in for its annual MOT test. It's a standard mandatory test. They gave standard service…read morewith no frills - perhaps the minimal attention and any sign of frills is COVID related. I did see several staff hanging around as I first tried to find somewhere to park the car and find the office to let them know I was there for my appointment. No-one offered to assist me or direct me. Minimal COVID actions taken by the staff (masks, what masks!!??) or the office (screens? What screens!!??). Even without COVID I saw nowhere to sit and wait - maybe I'm spoiled - will try elsewhere next year.

They always do a good job and, in generally, they're 50% cheaper than their closest rivals! When I had new brakes fitted, I had one quote for about £300. C & C quoted closer to £150 including parts and labour. I know someone else who needed new tyres and was quoted over £200 by a dealer, she went to C & C and got just as good quality tyres fitted for less than £120. They do servicing and MOT preparation (but not actual MOTs). They will work with any make and model. And they sell and fit tyres and exhausts. They are always really nice and get the work done quickly, they don't charge too much and they always do a good job. I'd definitely recommend them.

I went with their advice and believe I got a great deal...some internet companies could not supply the tyres for what I paid to have them fitted and balanced. I decided to have my new tyres aligned, the computerised wheel alignment system is a serious bit of kit and gave me a before and after readout that even I could understand! The staff their were friendly and helpful, the manager even offered me a temporary tyre for one of mine while I waited for my replacements to be delivered along with a text service to let me know my delivery had come in, I have to say I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend Addison, I won't be going elsewhere in future.
