Let's be honest, we only use these places when we find we've driven over a nail or screw - how do they get on the roads I ask you?! Well that's exactly what happened to me last week. Thankfully Kwik-Fit is only around the corner so I could leave the car there and pick it up when they'd finished. They have seating in their reception though if you have no choice but to wait. Although it was an unexpected (not to mention expensive) and unfortunate morning, the chap who served me was pleasant and professional. In fact, he'd noted that both my front tyres were getting a bit worn down so I decided it was best to get them both replaced at the same time.
