In fact, by the time I came to a decision the car in question had dropped by £1000!! I was very pleased with the extra bits of bargain I managed to achieve. However, their repair service is a bit daft. The rear view mirror dropped off and simply need a piece of sticky - a two minute job. My sales man arranged the repair. I waited and waited, and when salesman noticed he phoned for someobe to come up. But my car still had to go to the workshop and there were filthy looks from the woman who assigned jobs. I dove my car away in about one minute, job done.

This garage is owned by (or franchised or whatever) with Bosch service garages and prides itself on good service. This car garage makes taking my car in when it has an issue a far less worrying experience. Being female and knowing nothing about cars I am always nervous about being ripped off by garages who see pound signs when a woman appears with an old banger. They are great at managing to fit you in at short notice if needed and also offer a free pickup and delivery service (however I don't know details as have never needed it). Their charges are not cheap, I don't think any garage is but I feel you get an honest price for an honest job and I have never had to take my car back to re-fix any work they have done.
