They always do a good job and, in generally, they're 50% cheaper than their closest rivals! When I had new brakes fitted, I had one quote for about £300. When I phoned them asking about what's the condition of my car and whether it'll pass the MOT test they told me they would have to replace a few car parts which they said would cost me and X amount of £. When I went over there to pick up my car after the parts had been replaced they had increased the asking price for the replaced car parts and they did not provide me with a receipt as to how much each part as well as the labour charges are worth. I confronted them about this which is why they changed the total price for the replaced car parts 2 more times which gave me the perception that they were making the price charges as they went along. I suppose they didn't have a fixed price list. Absolute waste of time and they've got no consideration for the customer.
