Depending on who you talk to there is also a fee to pay over the phone. Most of the time when I call, I get transferred so many times that I get hung up on or I get to leave a message on their voice mail. If you love having bad customer service this is the bank for you. I should not have to pay for stamps to mail in my payment... This is 2018! Technology is at an all time high.
