Worst purshase I ever done. Whatever you do, do not shop from this store!!!! Never been so riped off. * To complete the delivery took them over 2 months * The oven I bought through Kvik doesn't work * The technician cancel their visit one day before. * Parts of the order was not delivered at all. * They sent the wrong dept for shelves. * All drawers is 1 cm to short to fit with Ikea stuff. Ikea is the biggest actor on the market so you would think smaller stores like Kvik should addapt to be compatible. * They answers emails on avarage 1/3. * They recommended a firm that didn't do a single thing correct. - The first guy talked only Russian - The second guy talked pretty bad English. - They destroyed the ballofix so water could no longer be turned off. - They connected the waterhose directly only the pipes so we lived with risk for water leakage for 3 weeks straight. - They haven't applied sillekon on all places that should have it. - They mixed different color sillekon. - They caused damages on fridge and refrigirator. - They mounted stuff infront of poweroutlets so powercords could no longer be pulled out. read more
