If you like IKEA, this is the IKEA for you! They give you chocolates when entering the store. It is so large, I had trouble figuring out which parking lot to enter...yes, multiple parking lots. It's almost like an airport. From what I understand, this is the largest IKEA in the Netherlands, so worth a visit! But very similar to all of the others. read more

This is mainly about the restaurant section of the IKEA. The biggest problem for me was that I was not able to switch in vegetarian meatballs for the regular ones in the normal Köttbullar menu. The staff was almost acting dumb when it came to my request and insisted that it wasn't possible. So I got the vegetarian option, which had bulgur, a curry sauce with the vegetarian meatballs, and a "salad" made with red onion, cauliflower and mint - THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! It gave me a really bad stomach pain, not to mention that it was cold when I started eating. VERY disappointed with this experience. read more

It's almost too big! This store has a lot of stuff packed into its warehouse. The restaurant is pretty neat too. Cafeteria style with great food. We enjoyed the meatballs, they tasted almost like what I make at home. Overall it is a good place to get easy to assemble furniture on the cheap, and a great place for like lunch. We prefer real furniture, but what they have works! read more

Same stuff that every other Ikea has except rental trucks, they have a delivery service that will make you wait 2 days and then charge you €52 to drop off and €92 if they have to use an elevator to take the items to your place. Be careful going there on the weekends as it's very busy from people from Belgium and Germany going there as well. read more

Amazing. Dutch style is elegant & neat, so all the Swedish eco-futuristic & comphy merchendise flyes off the shells 11 hours per day / 7 days of the week. The upstairs restaurant is flawless, for every age. Way to go, Heerlen! It just can't get better for shopping! read more

I love Ikea. I like to go in and just browse. This Ikea is always busy no matter what time of the day or the day of the week. This is the only Ikea in the Netherlands. read more
