We Stand corrected! He was none of these things and left us high and dry, to have to replace our brand new kitchen faucet and hire a plumber to fix all the damage he did in our house and we'll have to do a warranty through Home Depot to repair our leaky shower! We should have known after he had to cancel and reschedule on the very first day he was to start the work here! His excuse seemed legitimate. However, this was one of many times he had to cancel, reschedule or did not return our messages for days and even a week. He installed our brand new kitchen tap with the faucet upside down, and when he went to tighten it after the third time he dropped the set screw pins down the drain. Now we haven't heard for him for 3 weeks and have had to hire a plumber and had to go out and purchase a new faucet as this one could not be tightened without the specific set screw pins. Our shower which he installed in our upstairs bathroom is leaking water on the floor. Thank goodness we can go through Home Depot for warranty for this. The other items that he attempted to repair, were just that, attempts as he apparently did not know what he was doing, and every time he went to fix something there was a new problem that needed to be fixed! Our plumber that we hired also had to fix those problems! It was a comedy of errors, and Matthew just left us high and dry with all of these things that he broke and just abandoned the job, and did not return any of our messages or calls! (AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL)!! I don't normally like to post bad reviews like this but be forewarned if you hire this man expect him to be late, cancel, install things improperly, break things as he's trying to fix them and then leave you high and dry to fix them on your own! We couldn't have been more disappointed, and we tried our best to be accommodating and understanding after every mishap he had! After everything was said and done from paying for the shower install, to labor and parts and then having to replace the kitchen faucet as well as hiring a plumber it was in excess of $1,500.

The installer didn't know what he was doing and really messed it up. So much so that I wouldn't let him back in the house on the second day. At that point only half the tile was down. (no grout yet) The owner Tara said he would make it all right so he brought in another installer to continur the install. Tile spacing was all irregular and should have been lifted and fixed ... however the owner (Tara) proceded to grout and make it look even worse. This company dosn't stand behind the installations and really ignors you once you have paid the bill. If you plan to buy anything from this company.... I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DON'T.

Huge vertical cracks going up the main staircase, tons of small holes and cracks on the upper landing, and one whole bedroom coated in nightmarish 70s wallpaper. This was going to be a massive job. Chris, Tony, Ivan and a couple other helpers got in here and worked their butts off for over a week. When the wallpaper was removed in the bedroom, it revealed a GIANT horizontal crack and a bowing wall, and "freak out" doesn't even begin to describe what I was doing. Chris talked me down from the ledge and let me know that they had seen it plenty. The lathe had just pulled loose from the studs, and all they had to do was sink some heavy duty screws in and tighten everything up, then plaster over it. OMG, y'all. They worked a miracle, and now have my business for life!! I'm still in the process of beginning to prime and paint everything, but I'm so impressed with their work and their professionalism. A+.
