But due to the cost of the medication I had to go a week without it. I surfer from severe sleep issues. Just in the week I have not had my medicine I have been falling asleep at work, which could cost me my job. I came in today, only to get turned around because Dr. Hughes refuses to prescribe this medicine. This costed me a whole day of work, which I can't miss another day for weeks now to see Dr. Hanby. I asked if there was anything else he could do to help and was denied even that. Even if I couldn't get the medication I could have at least gotten some kind of help, instead of being completely turned away. This was completely unprofessional behavior and I want to know what the owner is going to do to rectify this situation.

Dr. Trivedi has always handled my children with patience and I trust his medical knowledge and expertise, which is why he will continue to be my son's pediatrician until he ages out like my daughters did. Dr. Trivedi is no-nonsense, very caring, and if he wouldn't prescribe it for his own children he won't prescribe it for yours. That level of care is hard to find in a medical professional. We completely love him and have since day one. I hate that my children cannot continue to see him through adulthood. Thanks, Dr. Trivedi! Kim M.

My parents have gone to see Dr. Carlton for many years and overall he's been a good medical…read moreprovider for them as their GP. But as their health has declined, his front office staff has not only made getting them in to see Dr. Carlton more challenging, they are also in need of a refresh training on professionalism toward their patients and customers. Recently, my mom, suffering from dementia, had a cough, non-COVID, after testing, and when we called to get her an appointment, we were told they are not allowing sick patients into the office and perhaps they could call in some antibiotics for her and scheduling a video visit. First, you're a doctor's office not allowing for sick patients to come in? Ridiculous! Second, prescribing antibiotics without seeing your patients is not only stupid, you may end of killing someone. Third, a video visit won't work as my mom, even before her dementia, wasn't technically astute for a video call. Phone messages left to ask about getting a doctor's order for needed imaging often go unanswered and when you do get someone on the line, instead of professional courtesy, one often faces what can only be described as an attitude on their part. It's a customer-service industry, and if you can't be nice on the phone to people who are sick in need of a doctor's care, or their families who are just trying to help, you are in the wrong profession.

The only reason I give a 3 star rating is not because of Dr. Carlton, he is a wonderful physician…read more My rating is based on the office staff. I called on July 7, 2023 to schedule an appointment for my son; left all the requested info as no one answered. To this date (July 31, 2023) no one has contacted me. Just so happens the office called me today with results of some scheduled lab work that I had done; when I asked about why no one has called me back, the young woman (Alyssia) just laughed stating "well it wasn't me" and when I told her that it was not a laughing matter, she stated that she would check. Of course, the other staff members stated that there was not a message left. Well, I am not crazy and I documented the times I called, yet she still for some reason found it humorous. It is a shame that a wonderful physician such as Dr. Carlton could have his reputation ruined by such disrespect and disregard for his patients by the office staff!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jason Ledbetter's since he started practice in Fort Worth many years…read moreago. I have found him to be a kind, caring medical professional who is attentive and effective in his treatment. He takes time to listen to the patient with empathy and concern. A requirement for the Doctors I choose is to be competent, knowledgeable, and personable. I want a Doctor who will take the time needed, within reason, and who can relate with the patient. Them having a sense of humor, where appropriate, definitely helps too. Dr. Ledbetter has consistently shown me that he is all these things and more. My experience with the staff and facility has been equally successful. The staff is also caring, attentive and responsive. I always get a happy and cheerful vibe off of the personnel, which gives me the impression they are pleased to work there. The facility is always clean and bright. The waiting area is spacious and has comfortable seating. The wait times I've experienced for planned appointments is the best amongst all medical related visits I've ever attended. They have their process down and it's been my experience that they value the patients time as much as their own. I am generally called in within 5-10 minutes or less. A nurse performs some preparatory testing, i.e. blood pressure, O2 saturation level, and weight, prior to taking you to an exam room. Dr. Ledbetter then promptly comes to the exam room, unless he is tied up with another patient taking a little extra time, which is infrequent and understandable. Some Doctors stack up patients and then spend very little time with each, but that has never been my experience with this practice. When the exam is finished you are handed a new appointment card, as applicable, and a checkout packet. My checkouts have always been quick and easy. I'm quite pleased with the caring and effective service I receive from Dr. Ledbetter and his staff. I do not believe I could ask for a better experience from medical professionals.

There are not many around like him anymore. A doctors visit is just that, the friendly nurses taking vitals and making sure everything is up-to-date, and then allowing the doctor the time to spend with the patients following up on past issues and listening to what the patients have to say in an honest way. My biggest compliment is that Dr. Cochrum seems like an expert on various medications, and maybe more importantly the interactions between medications. It's rare to see a doctor have this much knowledge these days, and I'm sure it requires a lot of studying on his part. Great, friendly front office staff. This is what healthcare is supposed to be. Highly recommended.

Also, and I can't believe I'm typing this... had to get my prostate checked on my last visit and it was honestly the smoothest and most surprisingly pleasant prostate exam I've ever had. Professional, respectful, and somehow even a bit fun. Didn't know that was possible. Lol.
