They handled the interaction with my insurance company directly, quickly gaining approval for the needed repairs. Once they started they kept their timetable as promised but also communicated with us while the car was at their shop. When the work was completed it was perfect. They took care of the damage and perfectly matched the paint! I could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend them.

With some pacing and recentering myself I dialed up Eagle's Auto Repair, told the mechanic my problem and he said he'd be the one I could count on. I live out of my car so I was in a little bit of panic but as I arrived to the shop my worries were put aside after understanding he was very knowledgeable and very passionate with his (currently) 15 years of experience working on a large range of cars. I felt blessed in this unfortunate coincidence because I felt I was in good hands and on top of that we even went out to eat soup at the local pho shop. Overall great guy, and definitely someone you want to keep around. His motto was along the lines of "the details matter, and doing it correctly the first time is just as important". And after hearing that in every conversation made me rest assured I was in the right hands.

Within two weeks my car was finished and back on the road better than new. They treated me with respect and kindness . They definitely know what "customer service" is all about I've been to other body shops in the past such as Quality paint and body and Alex's paint and body and my experience was not as exceptional as I received here . We.called AAA and all they could suggest was to tow it into town. Every dealer and auto shop was closing up and we were told the earliest any one could look at it would be Monday even though we were 200 miles from home. We called Joel, he came right away and diagnosed the problem. He started with the easiest fixes hoping to save us time and money, but it turned out to be our starter. We towed the car to his car at 5 pm Friday night and he had it fixed, and us on the road by 8:30 the next morning. He worked on the car until 1 am to make sure we'd make it home on time. His price was reasonable, his workmanship was excellent and he explained the problems as he went. We were stuck and skeptical of how we were going to fix the car and Joel was patient and professional. He's great to do business with and we recommend him 100%.
