I say this because "Bill" and those who survive him and work there have perfected the tradition of being a barber. This does not mean that they can just perfectly cut hair, but that they also form connections and bonds with those they care for. For example this was my first hair cut in Oklahoma, and not only was it perfect, but I learned they had known of my Grandfather, and Grandmother before their passing. Both who lived in Norman, and raised kids here, and lived their life. I have lived my life thousands of miles away, and I arrive here to find remnants of my family and hopefully a new family. The first time his haircut was up way too high and the barber said he had done that one time and let alone my nephew didn't know that the guy was talking about him. The second time only half of my nephew's beard(the left side) had been cleaned up and with him being in a rush and needing to get things done did not check before he left. Either way more care should be taken and to simply not check before your customer leaves to make sure that you as a barber are happy with it as well as your customer to keep things from happening.
