This Saturn is located on the second floor of the PEP shopping mall in Neuperlach in Munich. The shop is easy to find and clearly marked with their typical black orange logo design entrance. The whole electronics store is based on one floor, but it is quite big! They offer everything a normal saturn would have. A problem I have with this saturn is poor product placement. As an example of poor product placement the kitchen products were basically cut in half with personal hygiene being in the middle. So imagine going down an aisle of blenders and suddenly the next aisle has toothbrushes and shavers, then the next one down has coffee machines and kitchen counter scales. It doesn't make much sense but generally speaking it is difficult to find what you are looking for when product genres are chopped up like that. The staff from what I can tell is normal staff, I experienced nothing extraordinary on my visits to this Saturn. It is an acceptable place to purchase electronic items. Rarely experienced long lines at the cash registers though! So that's a plus! but you'll need more time to find what you want, so it's balanced out. This place really needs to sort its product selection and get things together like they should be, But like stated previously if you need something you will eventually find it. Eventually.

Unclear that you use a different money slot for the soap located where you pay for the wash but the soap is dispensed in a different machine. Cash only although the site indicated credit cards were accepted. Mostly really hot wash cycles which to an American is not clear so be sure to choose the right temperature. When my father visited me, here in Munich, he wanted to buy a new digital camera, but he did not know exactly which one to buy. The salesclerk asked us a lot of questions and helped us narrow down which cameras would suit better my father's needs. Hence, my dad was able to make a great choice and is now super satisfied with his new camera. There I have bought from DVDs and games, till a TV and a washing machine. The washing machine I really needed help to buy and once again they offered excellent advice. Whenever I was not satisfied with some purchases and needed to exchange something, or ask for my money back, this was never a big issue with them. And everything was always promptly resolved. For sure one can find cheaper places in town, or on the internet. But sometimes it is really necessary to see and touch, so that the most appropriate choice is made, then quality of the products can be evaluated on site. Moreover, you can always count with a friendly salesperson to help you. Do your research! Sometimes the prices, for the same items, vary depending on the location of the Saturn store. For instance, when I bought my TV there was a 100 Euro difference from the Stachus store to the one in PEP mall. I was cheated by Saturn…read more I bought a smart scale worth 120 euros from Saturn Munich during my travel through Europe. When I checked it before my flight out of Austria I found that the seal had been broken with and the scale itself was not working with buttons missing and dust on the surface. Basically it looked like it was a pre-used and broken product that Saturn had just put on their shelf. When I contacted Saturn within the 14 day free return window they refused to allow me to return the scale in Saturn store in Vienna and asked me to return it in Munich. I am now out of 120 euros and in possession of a broken withings scale. Thank you very much for this!
