I got a filling here by one of the make dentists and was in excruciating pain the whole time and…read morehours after, they did more then they could do in one day because he did to many fillings at once. Also they didn't numb my gums enough to i could feel most of the things they were doing, including the separator they put between two of my teeth twice that felt like a razor blade. also the face that after he had already drilled all the holes in my teeth he realized he had done too much and having to explain to me how he had to finish because it was too late to go back. The whole experience making me cry because of the pain multiplie times and I haven't cried at the dentist sense I was a child. In all honesty I never want to come back to this place just because of that experience. most of the dentists here are good and experienced, I've had better experiences before this but the experience I had that day will forever change how i view this place.

When an appointment can not be given because "the doctor is working.." you kind of question your parent. My mother heard correctly. Apparently they can't figure things out until one week out. Seriously? That's a head scratcher. As I was sitting in the waiting room during the 3 hour wait for an appointment that I knew (and was told) lasted on average 45 minutes, I heard conversations that I've never heard from a waiting room. When the nurse (if that was a nurse) asked the gentlemen if he wanted a valium, I wanted to raise my hand. If someone had just stepped out to let me know (and the elderly couple who sat their longer than I) I would have appreciated it. If the nurse hadn't been condescending and known the glasses DO fit over the bandage for the ride home...yikes. I just hope the surgeon has more ability than the employees I dealt with.

We waited downstairs and enjoyed a few treats with a cup of tea before our services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu prices are from last year and have not been updated in house or online. I did return the following week for some cryotherapy. Happy to say that was great getting rid of some sun spots and I am healing amazingly fast and am very happy.
